It still has a place (mostly driven by nostalgia, probably) in dredge decks like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, and you absolutely have to run it on principle in Saffi Eriksdotter and Hans Eriksson decks

Either you were like me, and you experienced the full wrath of this vampiric Grinch during her reign over Innistrad Standard or youve played against her in the context of a typal Commander deck, one which can make amazing use of both her active abilities to take the impressive synergies between vampire cards over the top
